Terms & Conditions KenzoToto – Official Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and KenzoToto ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern your use of the KenzoToto website at kenzototo.run and all services provided therein.

By accessing, registering for, or using any KenzoToto service, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.
• You meet all the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of this document.
• You are using this platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of any third party.
• The information you provide during registration is true, accurate, and up to date.

To register and use KenzoToto's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. KenzoToto maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards underage registration and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Region: KenzoToto's services are provided for users residing in Malaysia. Access from other regions is at the user's own risk and responsibility.
• One Account Per Individual: Each individual is only permitted to hold one KenzoToto account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. False or misleading information constitutes a serious breach of these terms.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

KenzoToto reserves the right to request identity verification (such as a copy of your national ID) at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, to ensure platform security and compliance with applicable regulations.

KenzoToto accepts deposits and processes withdrawals using the following local Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks), and approved online banking methods.

• Minimum Deposit: RM 10 per deposit transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM 30 per withdrawal request.
• Deposit Processing Time: Deposits are typically credited to your KenzoToto account within 5–15 minutes after the transaction is successfully confirmed.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours depending on the payment method and account verification status. VIP members enjoy faster processing.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in order to prevent money laundering.

KenzoToto reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits, as part of its security and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.

KenzoToto offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus for new members, reload bonuses for existing members, special promotions tied to major sporting events such as the Thomas Cup and Malaysia Open badminton, and a VIP Rewards programme for loyal members.

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements explicitly stated in their respective promotion terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be used for gameplay.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a specified validity period. Any bonus not utilised within that period will expire automatically.
• One Bonus Per Account: Each promotion may only be claimed once per account, per household, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts is a violation of these terms.
• Right to Void: KenzoToto reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse.

All bets placed on KenzoToto are subject to the specific rules governing each game type or betting market. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game or betting market before placing a bet.

• Final: All game outcomes generated by KenzoToto's system are final unless a verifiable technical fault can be demonstrated.
• Minimum & Maximum Bet: Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and market. These limits are displayed within the game interface before any bet is placed.
• Void Bets: KenzoToto reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, incorrect odds, or under circumstances that breach the rules of the game.
• Suspended Matches: For Sports Betting, if a match is postponed by more than 48 hours from the scheduled time, the relevant bet will be voided and returned to the member's account.
• Official Results: For Sports Betting, the results applied are the official results declared by the relevant governing body of the event, including results after extra time and penalties where applicable.

KenzoToto maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of dishonest, fraudulent, or abusive behavior on the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Use of bots, automated software, scripts, or any technological tools to automate gameplay or betting.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus systems.
• Money laundering or the use of illicit funds on the KenzoToto platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or bugs in games for unfair advantage.
• Registering more than one account to repeatedly claim the same bonus.
• Using another person's credit card or bank account without authorisation to make a deposit.
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing someone else to use your account.
• Any form of threats, harassment, or offensive language directed at KenzoToto staff or other members.

The security of your KenzoToto account is a shared responsibility between you as a member and KenzoToto as the platform. The following outlines the obligations and rights relating to account security:

• You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential.
• KenzoToto will never request your account password via email, phone, or any other communication channel.
• Any activity that occurs on your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to KenzoToto.
• You are advised to use a strong, unique password and to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• KenzoToto uses 256-bit SSL encryption to secure all communications between your device and our servers.

The use and protection of your personal data is governed by KenzoToto's Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. Please read Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

KenzoToto is committed to providing high-quality service to all members. In fulfilling this commitment, KenzoToto is responsible for:

• Ensuring the platform operates with high availability — our target is 99.9% uptime throughout the year.
• Process all valid deposits and withdrawals within the stipulated timeframe.
• Providing games that use a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) independently audited by a third-party body.
• Protecting members' personal and financial data to the highest security standards.
• Providing responsive and knowledgeable customer support 24/7.

However, KenzoToto is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including third-party internet outages, payment provider technical issues, or natural disasters.

KenzoToto reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any terms set out in this document.
• Suspected or confirmed evidence of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Requests from the relevant authorities.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Account closure requests submitted by the member themselves for responsible gambling reasons.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting KenzoToto's support team at support@kenzototo.run. Any valid account balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures once a routine security review has been completed.

KenzoToto promotes and supports responsible gaming practices among all its members. We believe entertainment should remain just that — entertainment, nothing more. To that end, we provide the following tools and resources to help members manage their gaming habits:

• Deposit Limit: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits within their account settings. These limits take effect immediately and require a 24-hour waiting period before they can be increased.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who need a break from playing may apply for a temporary account suspension (7 days, 30 days, or 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion.
• Session Time Reminder: The platform's in-app notification system will alert members when their play session exceeds the set time limit.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, KenzoToto, its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the KenzoToto platform.
• Losses arising from service disruptions beyond KenzoToto's control, including internet outages, third-party server issues, or natural disasters.
• Financial losses arising from game outcomes or betting decisions made by the member.
• Any act or omission by a third party that affects the availability or quality of KenzoToto's services.

KenzoToto's total liability to any member for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where KenzoToto is registered and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms will be resolved through the dispute resolution procedures established by the platform, including voluntary negotiation, mediation, or arbitration where necessary.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be interpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
